Dr Frank completed his primary medical degree – Doctor of Medicine in Tehran University. He has been awarded the Fellowship in by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has worked in rural Queensland for a number of years. He is interested in all areas of general practice. His special interest is in chronic disease management, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, osteoarthritis, and preventative medicine. When not at work, Frank enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and family

Dr Afshin Rastegar is an experienced general medical practitioner. He graduated as a Medical Doctor (MD). Later, he achieved degrees of a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Master of Medical Business Administration (MBA).
He is an experienced family medicine doctor working in General Practice. Previously, Dr Afshin worked in the hospital emergency department (ED) and as a head of post cardio surgery intensive care unit (ICU). He was an American Heart Association (AHA) cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) tutor.
Dr Afshin enjoys working in General Practice, seeing patients with a wide range of medical conditions. His special interests are in public health, chronic and complex conditions, heart disease, mental health, musculoskeletal disorders, men’s health, general wellness, and weight management.
Dr Afshin is happily married to Mitra. He spends his leisure time with his lovely family and playing the violin.
