Our staff are here to help you see the doctor of your choice and assist you with your medical needs. You can help them to help you.

  • Book in Advance: We encourage you to schedule appointments ahead of time to help our doctors stay on schedule. You can book online or by phone.
  • Request Extended Appointments or Procedures: If you need a longer consultation or are booking a procedure, please inform our reception staff when making your appointment.
  • Schedule Separate Appointments for Multiple Family Members: If more than one family member needs to see a doctor, please book separate, consecutive appointments.
  • Notify Us of Cancellations: If you cannot attend your appointment, please provide us with adequate notice to avoid a non-attendance fee.
  • Check-In and Check-Out: Upon arrival, let our reception staff know you are here, and be sure to return to the reception desk after your consultation.

Billing Information

Bayside Skin Centre operates as a privately billing practice. We do offer Bulk Billing for pensioners and children under 16 years of age when possible. Please be aware that some procedures and skin care treatments may incur private fees. Your doctor will inform you of any applicable fees before proceeding with treatment. For details on fees, feel free to ask our friendly staff.

Payment is required in full at the time of your consultation and can be made via cash, cheque, credit card, or EFTPOS.
