Dr Arash completed his Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery in 2006 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2015. Dr Arash has a special interest in maternity care, paediatrics, chronic conditions, mental health, skin checks, and minor procedures. Dr Arash works at our Bli Bli Clinic Monday - Thursday and is a private billing GP. Concession and U16 fees apply. Dr Arash is fluent in Farsi.

From Wales, UK, Dr Emma smith moved to Australia in 2016. She graduated in medicine in 2000, at University of Wales, College of Medicine, Cardiff and became a GP in 2005. Dr Smith’s areas of interest are women’s and children’s health and general medicine. Her books are currently closed to new patients and she works Monday to Friday. DR EMMA SMITH IS A FULLY PRIVATE BILLING DOCTOR THIS INCLUDES CONCESSIONERS.

Dr Kate Hewett completed her medical degree (MD) at Griffith University in 2020, before spending several years working for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. She is currently a full-time GP registrar, in her first year of training and is interested in all aspects of general practice. Dr Hewett is available Monday to Friday.

Dr Katherine Ups is originally from NSW and has been on the Sunshine Coast for the last 6 years. She graduated from Griffith University and has worked at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital for the past 3 years. Dr Ups is a current registrar and is interested in all aspects of general practice. Outside of work, she enjoys making the most of the beautiful local environment by camping and swimming, as well as relaxing with a good book.

Dr Li, also known as Vivian, is a part time GP registrar in her 3rd year of training on the Sunshine Coast. She completed her medical training in the UK, and has worked for Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health System for more than 10 years. Dr Li is interested in all areas of general practice, and she is fluent in Cantonese. She is available Monday - Friday.

Dr Orla Ni Chonmhidhe is from Ireland and has been practicing with our clinic for over 7 years. She is available Monday to Thursday with special interests in General Medicine, Children’s Health and Women’s Health.

Dr Rod Smith has been practicing for over 35 years and has had a board experience in Orthopaedics. Dr Smith is available for bookings Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. You will find him golfing in his spare time. His other special interest include, General Medicine, Mens Health and CDM. Please wear a mask to clinic when booked with Dr Smith if you are showing any flu symptoms.

Dr Sabu Arun Kumar has been practicing with our clinic for over 7 years. He has outstanding attention to detail and goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr Kumar has special interest in mental health, chronic disease, general medicine and women's/men's health. He is available Monday - Friday but his books are unfortunately closed to new patients.

Dr Sebastien is Canadian Educated and Trained with extensive experience in Family Practice, sports and work related injuries and Emergency Medicine. Highly skilled in skin checks/minor surgeries and enjoys looking after the elderly and children. Dr Sebastien is involved with a lot of medical students/registrar training and visits Aged Care Facilities weekly. Dr Laflamme is available Monday to Friday.

Dr. Sohail completed his medical degree in 2008. He has worked in various hospitals in multiple disciplines of medicine across Australia. He has particular interest in Infectious disease, Travel medicine, Medical Cannabis Treatment, Chronic diseases and Medical research and education. He is available for bookings Monday to Friday. Languages spoken: Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi

Dr Yeong studied at Cardiff University, graduating in 2005 and then completed her GP training in Wales in 2010. Wanyi worked in England, Montville and Melbourne before relocating to the Sunshine Coast. Her special interests are child health, women's health, mental health and minor procedures. Dr Yeong also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. Her interests are Childrens health, Womens health, Mental health, Minor procedures. Dr Wanyi works Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Her books are currently closed to new patients.

Dr. Luke Jorgensen completed his medical degree (MBBS) at University of Queensland, graduating in 2015, and went on to work 4 years at Ipswich Hospital before going into General Practice. He completed his GP Fellowship (FRACGP) on the Sunshine Coast in 2022, including training for a year at our Bli Bli Clinic. Dr Luke enjoys all aspects of General Practice and is available from our Kuluin Clinic (3 days) and Bli Bli Clinic (2 days).

Madison is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who completed her studies at the University of Canberra. She is a member of Dietitians Australia and based in the Sunshine Coast. Madison’s qualifications include: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Sport and Exercise Science -Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics -Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) -Accredited Sports Dietitian (SDA) -Accredited Nutritionist -ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist -Certificates III & IV in fitness Madison developed her passion for food and sports nutrition from a young age, working as a food assistant in a hospital, and playing representative sport. Through this, she quickly learnt about the important role food played in recovery, health and wellbeing and sports performance. As someone who loves food, and has a passion for sports and nutrition, Madison enjoys being able to work with her sports nutrition clients, ensuring they are appropriately fuelling activity and recovery as best they can. Working with all levels of athletes, from junior to elite, and every weekend warrior in between, our dietitian can ensure you are getting the most out of your time on the field or in the gym. Madison is passionate about applying a holistic, BS-free, evidenced-based, and multi-disciplinary approach to nutrition, health and performance. Her main aim is to provide individualised nutrition advice so you can improve your overall wellbeing, increase quality of life and achieve your goals. Jonathan Christian did his bachelor degree of Physiotherapy in the year 2009 from India. With 14+ years of combined experience in Australia and overseas he has gained significant experience in treating various Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Having a vast experience in the clinic field of physiotherapy, Jonathan is comfortable to treat myriad of cases in all age groups. Jonathan can provide services to all DVA, EPC, NDIS and Workcover clients. Private clients do not require a referral to access his physiotherapy services. Fees: Initial consultation: $109, subsequent consultation $95* T&C apply. Medicare rebates are available.
