I believe in preventative health and keep very active myself by participating in regular sporting activities including attending the gym, surfing, Wing Chun Kung Fu, swimming, cycling and adventure trekking. In 2015 I trekked The Inca Trail with the burns survivor Turia Pitt and fundraised for a surgical organisation called Interplast.  They provide free surgical procedures to people with congenital/acquired deformities in countries in the Asia-Pacific region with limited healthcare. I trekked in Borneo in 2017 and fundraised for The Orangutan Project who provide funds for the rescue, rehabilitation and release of orangutans back into protected forests in Borneo and Sumatra.  In 2018 I trekked to the peak of Mt Kilimanjaro, Tanzania and also fundraised for The Orangutan Project.

Due to the recent closure of Carramar Medical Centre I have relocated my office to Drovers Medical Centre, so I can remain in the area and provide ongoing healthcare to all my wonderful patients, who have been with me for many years.
