Billing Information

  • Missed Appointments: $30 fee if you fail to attend or cancel within two hours.
  • Bulk Billing: Children under 12, Aged & Disability pensioners, and DVA Gold Card holders.
  • Skin Excisions and Surgical Procedures: There is an out of pocket for skin excisions and other surgical procedures.
  • Discounts: Available for other concession card holders.
  • Payment: Full payment required immediately after consultation. Accounts not paid on the day incur a $5 administration fee.

Immunisations And Vaccinations

Fremantle Family Doctors – Beaconsfield offers nurse immunisation services during regular business hours (from Monday – Friday: 9.00AM – 5.00PM).

  • Flu vaccine provided free of charge* for vulnerable patients
  • Private flu vaccines (available at the practice) for all other patients

Telehealth Services

Telephone consultations have been made available by doctors consulting at this practice for patient convenience. Following your telephone consultation, your doctor may require a face-to-face consultation, in which case they will organise the appropriate appointment to see you in the clinic (*standard consultation fees apply).
