Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all property leases, managing repairs and maintenance, and liaising with landlords and on-site managers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Management:
- Oversee and manage all property leases
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, amendments, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure efficient management where properties are company owned.
- Repairs and Maintenance:
- Coordinate and manage all repairs and maintenance activities across properties.
- Analyse leases to ensure landlords are notified and held responsible for repairs where applicable.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient property upkeep.
- Liaison with Landlords and On-site Managers:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and on-site managers.
- Address and resolve any property-related issues or concerns promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with landlords and on-site managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property status, maintenance activities, and performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related role within a large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, lease agreements, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
