We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and versatile WordPress website ad SEO expert. In this role, you’ll take charge of our 100+ websites – driving growth for a nationwide medical practice group.
 
You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO and the Operations Team to steer websites and marketing efforts for the group.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new and manage existing websites using WordPress Multisite and the Kadence theme.
• Undertake technical SEO audits and address all issues
• Drive SEO initiatives, including local SEO for each website and GMB, focusing on both on-page and off-page SEO.
• Utilize SEO tools like Yoast, SEMRush/AHREFS and other tools to ensure the best SEO practices are maintained.
• Create, maintain, and optimize SEM and paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost the digital presence of each medical practice and enhance patient engagement.
• Assist with recruitment marketing efforts across various channels.
• Develop B2B marketing strategies to promote the practices to nearby businesses and government employees, emphasizing employment medicals, preventative health measures, and general medical services.
• Identify further marketing development and promotion opportunities.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing analytics and ROI insights, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as needed
 
Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience enhancing digital presence, including website creation, design and content administration (WordPress Multisite)
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• High computer literacy.
• Ability to start contributing immediately.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
