Ebony is a passionate Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist, and Chef who strives to provide a safe, empathetic, and caring environment where you can choose to how to best nourish your life.
Clinically, she is especially interested in gastrointestinal problems such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), food chemical intolerance, improving cooking skills, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
She takes a different and more holistic approach to body image and weight concern, preferring to work on a person’s health rather than their size and treats underlying problems like dysregulation of hunger and fullness, reasons behind non-hungry eating, and teaches how to remove judgement and stress and bring awareness and pleasure to meal times. She is also highly experienced in the nutritional management of vegan and vegetarian diets and loves working with this population.
