Long Consultation​

Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)

Standard Fee: $135.00

Gap fee of $52.10 after Medicare rebate

Concession Fee: $120.00

Gap fee of $37.10 after Medicare rebate

Complex Consultation​

Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)

Standard Fee: $175.00

Gap fee of $52.85 after Medicare rebate

Concession Fee: $160.00

Billing Information

  • Private Billing Practice: We operate on a private billing model for our services.
  • Concession Rates: Available at the doctor’s discretion for patients with a valid Concession Card (Pension, Health Care, and Senior cards). Applies to children aged 15 years and under.
  • DVA Gold Card Holders: Will continue to be bulk billed for all eligible services.
  • Bulk Billing Services: Chronic Disease Management, Health Assessments, Mental Health Care Plans, Childhood Immunisations
  • Private Fees for Procedures: All procedures will incur private fees, regardless of age or concession status.
  • Missed Appointments: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule through HotDoc or by calling our practice as soon as possible. Failure to notify us may result in a missed appointment fee.

Immunisations And Vaccinations

Rode Medical Clinic offers nurse immunisation services during regular business hours (Monday – Friday: 9.00AM – 5.00PM).

  • Childhood immunisations
  • Flu/Influenza immunisation
  • Flu vaccine provided free of charge* for vulnerable patients
  • Private flu vaccines (available at the practice) for all other patients

Telehealth Services

Eligible for patients who have had a face-to-face appointment in the clinic within the past 12 months. Our Telehealth consultation fees are as follows:
