Booking Appointments
- Advance Bookings: We encourage you to book your appointments in advance to help doctors maintain their schedules. You can book online or by phone.
- Extended Appointments & Procedures: If you need an extended consultation or are scheduling a procedure, please inform our reception staff when making your appointment.
- Family Appointments: For multiple family members needing appointments, please book two consecutive, separate slots.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us as early as possible to avoid a non-attendance fee.
During Your Visit
- Arrival: Let our reception staff know when you arrive for your appointment.
- Post-Consultation: Return to the reception desk immediately after your consultation.
Billing Information
- Billing Policy: The Skin Clinic is a privately billing practice, but we do bulk bill pensioners and children under 16 years of age when possible.
- Private Fees: Some procedures and skin care treatments may incur private fees. Your doctor will discuss any additional costs with you before treatment. For more details, please speak with our friendly staff.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of your consultation and can be made via cash, cheque, credit card, or EFTPOS.
Appointment Reminders
- Digital Reminders: We use a digital reminder system and will typically contact you via email or SMS for your skin check appointments.
- Update Contact Information: Ensure your email address and mobile number are current in our records. If you do not receive a reminder, please Book an Appointment or Schedule Online.
