Kuluin Clinic offers no charge* Chronic Disease Management/Care Plans and Health Assessments.
*Please consult your doctor to find out if you are eligible.

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a Did Not Attend (DNA) fee of $30.00 will apply.

Immunisations And Vaccinations

Kuluin Clinic offers nurse immunisation services during regular business hours (from Wednesday – Friday: 8.00AM – 4.00PM).

  • Childhood immunisations
  • Flu/Influenza immunisation
  • Flu vaccine provided free of charge* for vulnerable patients. More information on our Flu Vaccination page
  • Private flu vaccines (available at the practice) for all other patients

Telehealth Services

Telephone consultations have been made available by Doctors consulting at this practice for patient convenience. Following your telephone consultation, your Doctor may require a face-to-face consultation, in which case they will organise the appropriate appointment to see you in the clinic (*standard consultation fees apply).
