GP consultations are privately billed

  • Some doctors may offer a discounted rate to certain patients at their discretion.
  • Payment is required on the day of your consultation, either by cash or EFTPOS.
  • A Medicare rebate will be deposited directly into your nominated bank account on the next business day.

Immunisations and Vaccinations

  • Childhood immunisations
  • Flu/Influenza immunisations
  • Private flu vaccines
  • Travel immunisations

Telehealth Services

Book your telehealth consultations online or by calling the clinic. These sessions incur the same private fee as in-person visits. To qualify for a Medicare rebate, you must have had an in-person consultation within the last 12 months. Prescriptions and referrals can be sent electronically, but follow-up in-person visits may be required at standard fees.

Missed Appointments Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our team is ready to help you reschedule or explore alternative options.

Important Fee Information: Please note that missed appointments (no-shows) and cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled time will incur a $50 fee. This fee must be settled before you can book any future appointments.

The decision to apply DNA fee is at the discretion of our doctor or management and will take into account the inconvenience caused to other patients and any costs incurred by the practice due to your absence.

While we recognize that life can be unpredictable, repeated no-shows will not be accepted. Patients are responsible for any fees incurred, and please be aware that Medicare rebates do not cover DNA fees.
