Immunisations And Vaccinations

Caligem Health Medical offers nurse immunisation services during regular business hours (from Monday – Friday: 9.00AM – 5.00PM).

  • Childhood immunisations
  • Flu/Influenza immunisation
  • Flu vaccine provided free of charge* for vunerable patients. More information on our Flu Vaccination page
  • Private flu vaccines (available at the practice) for all other patients

Telehealth Services

Telephone consultations have been made available by Doctors consulting at this practice for patient convenience. Following your telephone consultation, your Doctor may require a face-to-face consultation, in which case they will organise the appropriate appointment to see you in the clinic (*standard consultation fees apply).

Caligem Health Cancellation Policy

  • If you do not attend or cancel your appointment within 4 hours, you will receive a verbal warning when cancelling over the phone, explaining our cancellation policy. Additionally, an SMS reminder will be sent to your mobile phone indicating that the appointment was missed. 

“Your appointment with Dr {Full Name} was on {DATE} and {TIME} due to missing your appointment with no notification our cancellation policy states: if this occurs again there will be a fee of $50.00 added to your file and payable prior to your next appointment with any doctor at Caligem Health’’ 

  • If you do not attend or cancel your appointment within 4 hours a second time, you will receive a verbal warning explaining our cancellation policy when you call. Additionally, an SMS reminder (as shown below) will be sent to your mobile phone.
