Dr Lavender will be away from 6/1/2025 - 15/1/2025, 21/1/2024, 23/1/2024 and 28/1/2024.
Dr Patel is available to see all patients of Dr Lavender while away.
Dr Lavender is a private billing doctor except for some long standing patients with Pension/Concession/Health Care Cards or Ex Military personnel.

A fee will be charged for all telehealth consults Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, except for short < 6min consults on Friday mornings for existing bulk billed patients or when arranged by Dr Lavender directly. A link will be sent via SMS for payment.
Dr Lavender holds a few "on the day appointments" only available by calling Caligem on 4369 8999 at 8.30am Mon/Tue/Thu.
Dr Lavender graduated from Sydney University in 2005 and attained Fellowship from the RACGP in 2011. Dr Lavender served in the Australian Army as a logistics officer prior to medicine and then as an Army doctor. Kane is the primary GP supervisor at Caligem Health, supporting trainee Doctors complete their GP specialty training. Dr Lavender lives on the Central Coast with his wife and 2 children.

Dr Sian Angel de Wilde is a GP registrar under the guidance of Dr Kane Lavender.
Dr Sian is a mixed billing GP who will bulk bill patients with a valid pension or health care card, Children under 16 years of age will also be bulk billed.
Dr Sian is a long term resident of the Central Coast.
He completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney before moving to the central coast to complete internship and residency at Gosford and Wyong hospitals.
He is interested in preventative health care and aims to empower his patients to make informed decisions in order to improve their long term health outcomes.
Away from medicine, he has interest in Formula 1 and is a long-time suffering supporter of the Wests Tigers in the NRL.

Dr Patel studied medicine at the University of New South Wales (2014).
He then gained experience working for several years at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, Canterbury Hospital and Broken Hill Base Hospital in a variety of medical and surgical specialties prior to starting training in General Practice. Dr Patel believes in ensuring that patients understand the medical conditions that they are suffering from and that they understand the treatment options so that they can take control of their health and make informed decisions regarding their healthcare.
Dr Patel is a registrar who is in his third term. He is under the supervision of Dr Lavender.
Dr Patel is a mixed billing practitioner he bulk bills under 16 years of age and any patient with a health care card or pension card.
Outside of medicine he has an interest in technology as well as fountain pens.

Dr Donovan's Special Interests include: General Medicine and has a special interest in Skin Cancer. He studied medicine at the University of Newcastle, where he graduated with distinction, Dr Donovan believes in providing holistic, patient-centered medicine and evidence-based care. His special interest's are in skin cancer medicine and has undertaken significant higher education in this field. Outside of medicine, he enjoys snow skiing, woodworking and spending time in the NSW Snowy Mountains.

Dr Moreland enjoys the diversity of general practice and keeps up to date with the latest medical information and treatments. She has a special interest in preventative medicine and complex care. She lives and promotes a healthy lifestyle. Dr Moreland enjoys managing paediatric patients to geriatric care including women's health. Other areas of interest include Occupational, Rail and Aviation health.
