We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in managing chronic diseases using an integrative medicine approach and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on both acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate integrative medicine principles.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training in integrative medicine.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience in general practice, with a focus on chronic disease management.
- Strong interest or experience in integrative medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
