Toan graduated from the Saigon University, Faculty of Medicine in Vietnam in 1979 and upon moving to Australia, completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at the Flinders University School of Medicine in 1987. He has extensive general practice experience and was a visiting GP to the Adelaide Children’s Hospital between 1988 and 1999. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, he is a member of the Australian Lifestyle Medicine Association (ALMA) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).

William believes that ideal physiotherapy treatment is not only to restore functional normal movement but also promote psychological and social well being.

Dr Josef-Binh Nguyen is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Acupuncture) and Medical Radiation Practitioner (Radiation Therapy).
He has instinctively cared for others from a young age and developed a passion for wellness, which led his interests in medicine. The study of martial arts as a teenager provided him with an introduction to the field of Eastern Medicine, which set the foundation for his career in medicine and healing.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiation (Radiation Therapy) in 2000, Doctorate Degree in Traditional Medicine and PhD in Energy Medicine (Energy Healing) in 2004, and Master’s degree in acupuncture in 2020.
He researched the application of Energy Medicine (Energy Healing) as a complementary component to improve health related quality of life for breast cancer patients through a clinical trial at the RAH. His work has been published in the Integrative Medicine journal.
He researched the application of Traditional Medicine into wellness program by designing and conducting clinical trial at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, investigating whether a wellness program enhances staff resilience, improves health and well-being, and promotes positive engagement. The Trial was well received by staff at Royal Adelaide Hospital.
