Dr. Janisiow is a highly qualified GP, she is very dedicated and caring. She has many polish clients, and speaks both Polish and Russian. In her spare time, Dr Janisiow loves spending time outdoors tending to her garden, she also loves and appreciates art. Please note Dr Anna does not bulk bill any new patients - concession card holders will be billed at a concession rate.

Dr. David is a highly qualified GP who takes a special interest in Adult Medicine & Elderly care. He has experience with home visits and has provided care to residents in Aged Care facilities for over 10 years.
Dr. David is a private billing Doctor, he does not Bulk Bill. Dr David charges a reduced fee for Pension and Health care card holders, Dr David takes on patients over the age of 15yrs.
In his spare time, Dr. David loves to collect old cars and travel. Be sure to ask him about his travel stories as he is always welcoming a friendly conversation!

He has been involved in clinical and academic work in India, Singapore and Australia over his career and has worked in private practice in Adelaide and Melbourne before setting up SportsHealth Physio & Sports Injury Clinic in 2018.
In 2016 the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) granted him the title of ‘APA Sports Physiotherapist’, a recognition the APA awards for excellence in the sub specialty of sports physiotherapy. In further recognition of his experience in the field of sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, he was admitted as a member of the Australian College of Physiotherapists in 2018.

Initial consultation and follow appointments goes for 45 minutes and Care Plan initial appointments go for 30 minutes.
CDM - Initial Appointments - Patients with a valid care plan and Medicare is bulk billed with no out of pocket gap. Initial appointments are 30 minutes, includes ongoing treatment. Appointment Costs are inclusive of all treatment interventions that may be required ( Dry Needling, Shockwave, exercise apps etc.
Initial Appointment - Private Paying $145 Initial appointments are 45 minutes, includes ongoing treatment. Patients will be eligible for on the spot rebates through their private health insurance. Family Medicine and General Practice
Our GPs manage the full spectrum of general practice care for families in Windsor. This includes acute illness (colds, flu, infections), injury management, prescription renewals, medical certificates, and health advice. We welcome new patients of all ages, from newborns through to older adults.
