General Practitioner -
Dr. Parvin Delshad started her practice in Gladstone in 2017 and Woodford in 2019 before joining Albany Care. She is Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds multiple training certificates in key areas including women’s health, skin cancer, and mental health.
Dr. Delshad has completed the FPAA National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health, demonstrating her proficiency in delivering a comprehensive range of women’s health services. These services encompass contraception, STI screening, antenatal care, IUD and implant insertions, and medical termination of pregnancy.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Delshad serves as part-time Clinical Lecturer at the University of Queensland’s General Practice Unit. She is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of medical practitioners and is actively involved in teaching medical students. Patients who prefer not to have a medical student present during their consultations are encouraged to inform the reception staff accordingly.

Dr Tokyo Moe Swe is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Prior practising as a GP in Hervey Bay for 8 years, she worked in various hospitals including Alice Springs Hospital, Royal Hobart Hospital, Logan Hospital, Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Hospital. She achieved the diploma of child health at Sydney Children Hospital network. She is an accredited supervising doctor of Coal Mine and an authorised health professional of Rail Safety Health assessment. She attained a professional certificate in skin cancer medicine and skin cancer surgery. She is interested in all aspects of general practice.

Rosie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology. She enjoys cooking, keeping active, and spending time outdoors with her family, especially at the beach!
She is passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition and dietetic support, to both adults and children, with particular interest in chronic disease management, weight management, managing food allergies and intolerances, and improving gut health.
