Out-of-Hours Clinic – Saturday Mornings

For your convenience, we offer an Out-of-Hours clinic on Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon at our South Street practice. Please note that consultations during these hours will incur a higher fee compared to regular hours.

  • Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card holders: No out-of-pocket cost.
  • Children under 12, aged pensioners, and disability pension card holders: Reduced concession rate.
  • Other concession card holders: Standard private rate applies.

Billing Information

  • Missed Appointments: $30 fee if you fail to attend or cancel within two hours.
  • Bulk Billing: Children under 12, Aged & Disability pensioners, and DVA Gold Card holders.
  • Discounts: Available for other concession card holders.
  • Payment: Full payment required immediately after consultation. Accounts not paid on the day incur a $5 administration fee.

Immunisations And Vaccinations

Fremantle Family Doctors – South Street offers nurse immunisation services during regular business hours (Monday – Friday: 9.00AM – 5.00PM).

  • Childhood immunisations
  • Flu/Influenza immunisation
  • Flu vaccine provided free of charge* for vulnerable patients
  • Private flu vaccines (available at the practice) for all other patients

Telehealth Services

Telephone consultations have been made available by doctors consulting at this practice for patient convenience. Following your telephone consultation, your doctor may require a face-to-face consultation, in which case they will organise the appropriate appointment to see you in the clinic (*standard consultation fees apply).
