Billing Information

  • Private Billing Practice: We are a private billing practice for pensioners, concession card holders, and children. Concession card holders and children under 15 may be charged at a concession rate.
  • DVA Gold Card Holders: DVA Gold Card holders will continue to be bulk billed.
  • Episode of Care Fees: Fees for an episode of care or treatment room use range from $10.00 to $20.00.
  • Procedure Fees: Full payment applies for all procedures, once your Medicare rebate has been claimed, there will an out-of-pocket expense of $100.
  • Missed Appointments: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule through HotDoc or by calling our practice as soon as possible. Failure to notify us may result in a missed appointment fee.

Immunisations And Vaccinations

Maroochy Waters Medical Practice offers nurse immunisation services during regular business hours (Monday – Friday: 9.00AM – 5.00PM).

  • Childhood immunisations
  • Flu/Influenza immunisation
  • Flu vaccine provided free of charge* for vulnerable patients
  • Private flu vaccines (available at the practice) for all other patients

Telehealth Services

Telephone consultations have been made available by doctors consulting at this practice for patient convenience. Following your telephone consultation, your doctor may require a face-to-face consultation, in which case they will organise the appropriate appointment to see you in the clinic (*standard consultation fees apply). Our Telehealth consultation fees are as follows:
