Dr Billie is a general practitioner with a broad range of interests. She qualified in 1983 from University of London, England and trained initially as a Surgeon in the UK, passing the Surgical Fellowship in 1987 with the aim of specialising in plastic, and head and neck surgery.
After marrying in 1988, she completed General Practice Training. As part of that, she joined the Psychiatric Crisis Team. She studied family planning under the famous Prof John Gillebaud, in the UK, and regularly fits IUDs and contraceptive implants devices. She started offering Antenatal Shared Care in the UK in 1992, she has lost count of the number of babies whose pregnancies she has been involved in.
In 1993, she moved to Sydney and started working in the local area.
She loves a medical challenge and is happy to sort out complicated medical issues.

Weixing gained her PhD at University of Sydney after moving here from China where she was medical doctor. She was a Research Fellow in the Inflammatory Disease Research Centre UNSW and Brain & Mind Research Institute - University of Sydney where her research focussed on inflammatory disorders - nephropathy, bowel disease, arthritis, cardiovascular disease and asthma. She studied low level laser therapeutic (LLLT) mechanisms and its applications and has over 30 years of experience in practice and research.
Using laser to treat chronic pain and fibromyalgia, she has seen an 83% reduction in pain and reduced migraine frequency by 81%.
The most rewarding part of my job is to see my patients become free of pain post-treatment. Deeply passionate about the health of her patients, her has made it her mission to eradicate discomfort and suffering for her patients, so that they can get back to healthy state, and enjoy a more active life with family and friends again.
