Victor graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) at Sydney University in 2011 and then went on further to study medicine at Monash University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery (Honours) in 2016. He became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2021. Victor has a special interest in medication optimisation and preventative medicine. Victor has a strong belief and advocates for optimal patient health literacy. Away from work, Victor spends his time taking photos, playing the piano and eating delicious food.

Graduated from the University of Belgrade, Serbia. She has been in General Practice since 1996 and enjoys all aspects of family medicine including women’s health and antenatal care. Dr. Dodic has been an educator and examiner with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners since 2004 and is involved in the training of student Doctors. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga. Dr. Dodic is one of two Principal Doctors of Aspendale Clinic and is also fluent in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Macedonian.

Dr Aditya Gadgil is one of our new GP Registrars joining us for his first term of training. Aditya completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Bond University, Queensland and was inspired to pursue a career in general practice after conducting his internship in Shepperton. Last year, he returned home to Melbourne and completed his junior doctor year at Monash Health. Aditya has a keen interest in learning all about the world of general practice and would like to one day return to work in a regional setting. Outside of work, Aditya loves to explore Melbourne, particularly new restaurants and hiking trails with his partner.

All aspects of General Practice particularly cardiovascular disease and pediatrics. Graduated from Monash University. His medical training was at the Alfred Hospital, Prince Henry Hospital, Queen Victoria Hospital and Ballarat Hospital. Dr Smith is a senior member of RACGP Dr. Smith enjoys all aspects of family medicine with special interests in pediatrics, cardiology and respiratory disease. His outside interests are his family, sail-boarding and cross-country skiing and conservation. Paul is a rescuer and resuscitator of Australian wildlife.

Dr Andrew Mccleary is one of our current GP registrars. He graduated with Doctor of Medicine (MD) from University of Queensland following his Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc.Hons) from Monash University. After completing his internship and residency years at Nepean Hospital in Sydney, he moved into emergency medicine in regional hospitals like Latrobe in Traralgon and Griffith in New South Wales. A passion for early intervention and an avid dislike of working nights sees Andrew moving into family medicine. When not at work he likes nothing better than to spend time with his dog far away from the bright lights of the big city.

A/Prof. Dodic is also an Associate Professor with Peninsula Medical School, which is a part of Monash University and is heavily involved with teaching, lecturing and assessment of medical students. He is married to Dr. Aleksandra Dodic and they have a son and daughter. A/Prof. Dodic is one of two Principal Doctors of Aspendale Clinic and is also fluent in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Macedonian.

Podiatrist -
Nader studied at La Trobe University in Melbourne where he obtained a Bachelor degree in Health Sciences and a Masters of Podiatric practice. Since then Nader has developed a passion for the management of sports related injuries in athletes and active people as well as treating patients suffering with Diabetes. In his time working as a podiatrist Nader established himself as a podiatry mentor, assisting and training new graduate podiatrists in their first year of podiatric practice. He looks to the ever-evolving field of sports podiatry and is able to construct customised biomechanical treatment plans for his patients.In his spare time you will find Nader doing small projects around the house and spending time with his wife. He’s an avid soccer fan and is involved with his local church community.
