Returning to Ballarat—his long-term home—Dr Jay is dedicated to delivering compassionate, holistic care for local families and community members of all ages. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and has recently completed a Masters in Psychiatry through the University of Melbourne.
