Hello, my name is Silvana, and I am a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping people recover from various conditions.

I specialize in treating musculoskeletal injuries, back and joint pain, post-surgery rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Additionally, I am a qualified women’s and men’s health physiotherapist, focusing on issues such as bladder and bowel conditions (including incontinence and chronic constipation), pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and sexual health concerns like pelvic pain.

I find great fulfillment in assisting women with pregnancy-related pain and guiding them back to fitness postpartum.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I cherish my role as a mother of three wonderful children. Family is incredibly important to me, and I enjoy spending quality time with them outdoors and creating memorable travel experiences together.

Psychologist Dasha Lvov. Dasha is a Board Registered Psychologist, Medicare Provider, Full Member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. She earned her Psychology qualifications through the prestigious University of Melbourne and Murdoch University. Her journey began as a Behavioural Therapist working with children on the autism spectrum; then delved into high-complexity adult presentations in forensics (contracted with Department of Corrective Services), family court referrals, community alcohol and drug setting, not-for-profit health centre, and private practice. Areas of practice include mood and anxiety disorders, addictions and trauma, grief and bereavement, self-esteem and self-development. With an integrative approach drawing on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST) , she is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. With a passion for mental health and a commitment to personalized care, she welcomes opportunities in serving the wider community.

Dr Rafal Hirmiz is a specialist general and sexual health practitioner who started General Practice in 2019, Having worked since in the Macedon Ranges and Sunbury, Dr Hirmiz knows the area well. Dr Hirmiz enjoys providing holistic care across all areas of general practice. She has a strong focus on musculoskeletal medicine, she helps patients manage conditions such as joint injuries and sport related issues, she takes a practical approach to restoring movement and function, using evidence based medicine that may include exercise plans, joint injections and lifestyle support. As she enjoys helping patients navigate their physical health, she is also committed to provide emotional and mental health support by creating a safe, non-judgemental space where every patient feels comfortable discussing their concerns. She is currently working as a sexual health General practitioner with Thorne Harbour Health, Australia's oldest HIV and LGBTIQ+ health organisation. Regardless of your sexual orientation or gender identity, she offers a safe and inclusive space to discuss health issues, such as:  Support for gender-affirming therapy.  Sexual health advice.  Menopause therapy support.  Women’s health advises.  HIV Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).  HIV post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP).  STI prevention, detection, and treatment.  Monitoring, treatment, and care of HIV infection.  HIV testing and counselling.  Hepatitis screening, vaccination, and monitoring, including hepatitis C treatments.  Monkey Pox vaccine and management advise.  Mental health support.  Family planning.  Psychosexual therapy.
