Dr Gabby Jarrett completed her medical training in Queensland, working across multiple hospitals in both metropolitan and rural settings. She is interested in all aspects of General Practice and undertakes a holistic approach to patient care. Dr Gabby has special interest in Children’s Health and has completed advanced training in Paediatrics.
When Gabby isn’t at work she loves spending time exploring the region and playing with her dogs Milo and Minnie.

He is proud to have served and trained with healthcare teams in various hospitals encompassing multiple medical and surgical disciplines. These span a broad range of regional and metropolitan tertiary centres.These include posts in acute and general medicine, advanced heart failure and heart transplant, cardiology/cardiothoracic surgery, lung transplant, renal medicine/dialysis, general surgery, vascular surgery, haematology/oncology, aged care and palliative care.He cherishes his time spent in rural and regional health services and has fond memories in Far North QLD, Rockhampton, Hervey Bay, Toowoomba and all down the south coast of NSW to Bega / Merimbula.He is passionate about looking after the vulnerable and looks forward to meeting individuals of all backgrounds. He is a strong believer in holistic care, and in shared decision-making between his patients and other healthcare stakeholders such as nurses and allied health professionals.Dr Clarence is an animal lover as well and is currently dealing with an identity crisis on whether his spirit animal is a capybara or a wombat.

Dr. Dilum grew up in Sri Lanka and migrated to Melbourne before moving to the Sunshine Coast for High School. He completed his medical training at the University of Queensland in 2016, and has worked in various specialties ranging from Cardiothoracic Surgery, Psychiatry and Critical Care during his residency. While previously based in Brisbane, he has worked mostly in small rural centres and has moved back to the Sunshine Coast to complete his College Fellowship.
With further qualifications in public health, he enjoys all aspects of general practice with particular interest in mental health, pain management, and lifestyle medicine.

Dr. Christine SJ BU is originally from South Korea and moved to South Africa to pursue her dream of becoming a doctor, drawn by the country’s diverse and rigorous medical training. She graduated in 2013 and has since worked across a broad range of specialties in South Africa, Ireland, and Australia. With a particular interest in child health, she completed a Diploma of Paediatrics at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI). This diverse training has made her a versatile generalist, committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive care.Now a mother of two daughters and a wife, she relocated to Sunshine Coast two years ago, where she enjoys the beach lifestyle and the beauty of the Hinterland with her family. Passionate about helping patients make informed decisions about their health, she is excited to contribute to the Cooroy community with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Dr Lisha Pollocks MBBS / DCH / FRACGP is working 5 days a week at Cooroy Family Medical and enjoys being a part of the vibrant hinterland community. Dr Lisha initially worked in Dubai for 10 years before first moving to Gladstone in 2017 then deciding that the Sunshine Coast was the perfect place to settle her family and to practice as a GP. Continuity of care is very important to Dr Lisha and Cooroy is where she wishes to practice for many years to come and she believes in genuine patient care and giving back to the community.Dr Lisha has completed an additional study (Post Graduate Diploma in Children’s Health) and is dedicated to servicing the medical needs of patients of all ages. She has a special interest in Children’s Health, Skin Cancer Medicine and Skin Checks, Women’s Health, Chronic wound care and Diseases like Diabetes/Asthma and Heart Disease, Mirena Insertion, Pregnancy Management, Maternity Care.Menopause is a natural phase in a woman’s life that marks the end of her menstrual cycles, typically occurring between the ages of 45 and 55. While menopause is a normal transition, it often comes with a variety of physical and emotional symptoms that can impact daily life. Hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, and sleep disturbances are just a few examples of the challenges women may face during this time.
