Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)

Standard Fee: $187.50

Billing Information

  • Private Billing Policy: Our practice operates on a private billing system. The Medicare rebate covers only a small portion of the total cost.
  • Concession Rates: Patients holding a Pensioner Concession Card, Concession Card, or those who are children aged 15 years or younger may be eligible for reduced fees.
  • DVA Gold Card Holders: Patients with a DVA Gold Card and NCACCH card holders will continue to receive bulk billing and incur no out-of-pocket expenses.
  • New Patient and Revisit Fees: New Patients: All new patients, and those who have not visited our practice in the past 5 years, will be subject to a new patient fee. Discounted Rates: If you are on a concession card or are a child aged 18 years or under, you will be charged at a discounted rate.
  • Missed Appointments: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may incur a missed appointment fee. Please cancel or reschedule through HotDoc or by calling our practice as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Immunisations And Vaccinations

Cooroy Family Medical offers nurse immunisation services during regular business hours (Monday – Friday: 9.00AM – 5.00PM).

  • Flu/Influenza immunisation
  • Flu vaccine provided free of charge* for vulnerable patients
  • Private flu vaccines (available at the practice) for all other patients

Telehealth Services

Telephone consultations have been made available by doctors consulting at this practice for patient convenience. Following your telephone consultation, your doctor may require a face-to-face consultation, in which case they will organise the appropriate appointment to see you in the clinic (*standard consultation fees apply). Our Telehealth consultation fees are as follows:
