Dr Kyaw (Ryan) Lin Shein MBBS, FRACGP, Dip in Skin Cancer Medicine (HealthCert) Dr Shein graduated from the University of Medicine 2, Yangon, Myanmar, in 2011 and moved to Australia in 2012. Prior to entering general practice, Dr Shein worked in a range of metropolitan and regional hospitals across Victoria, where he gained broad experience across multiple medical specialties. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2026 after his specialist general practice training. Dr Shein enjoys caring for patients of all ages and values building long-term relationships with individuals and families. He believes in working collaboratively with patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes through preventive care, education, and shared decision-making. Dr Shein has a special interest in Skin Cancer and he completed Diploma in Skin Cancer medicine. He provides Whole Body Skin Check, Biopsy and Excision of Skin Cancer. He also has a keen interest in Mental Health, ADHD assessment and management, Chronic Disease Management, Men's Health, and Palliative Care. He is dedicated to ongoing professional development to ensure his patients receive high-quality, up-to-date care. Outside of medicine, He enjoys fish keeping, aquascaping and aquatic plants. He also loves spending time with family and traveling , photography and singing. Dr Mayuri Hakmana Hewage is our 1st female Doctor we have had in the clinic for approximately 18 months. Her Special interests are: General Medicine, Women's Health, Paediatrics, Mental Health, Chronic Disease Management, Childhood vaccinations.

Dr Pwint Thinzar Hlaing MBBS started with us in April 2025. Her Interests are: General Medicine, Women's Health,, Children's Health, Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health, Men's Health.

Dr. Jee is a caring and approachable General Practitioner who provides comprehensive medical care for individuals, children, and families across all stages of life. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and building long-term relationships with her patients and the local community. She has extensive experience in Family Medicine, having worked in both hospital and general practice settings. Dr. Jee holds an MBBS from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and completed her postgraduate training through the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine and a Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine. She is also an International Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK [MRCGP (INT)]. Dr. Jee’s clinical interests include newborn and child health, women’s and mothers’ health (including antenatal and postnatal care), chronic disease management, general medical care, mental health, and elderly care. She has a strong focus on preventive health and works closely with her patients to develop individualized care plans that support long-term wellbeing. She is fluent in English and Sinhala languages. Outside of medicine, Dr. Jee enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, gardening, and travelling. She looks forward to supporting the health and wellbeing of individuals and families in the Churchill and surrounding Latrobe Valley community. Patients can expect a warm, respectful, and collaborative approach, with time taken to listen, explain conditions clearly, and support informed health decisions.

Dr. Sam is an experienced General Practitioner who graduated with a Doctor of Medicine in 2002. He has a broad clinical background, having worked extensively as a hospital doctor and GP in Sri Lanka before continuing his medical career in Australia. He holds a post graduate Master’s Degree in Family Medicine (General Practice) from the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo (2024), and completed the MRCGP (International) in 2015. His qualifications also include a Postgraduate Diploma in Elderly Medicine, MCGP (Sri Lanka), and a Master of Science in Community Medicine(MSc). He previously worked as an Associate Specialist in Family Medicine in Sri Lanka. Dr. Sam’s clinical interests include elderly care, chronic disease management, family medicine, women’s and men’s health, mental health, pediatrics, and minor procedures. Outside of work, Dr Sam enjoys spending time with family, cycling and travelling. He is committed to providing holistic, patient-centered, evidence-based care and values building long-term, trusted relationships with patients and families in Churchill and the wider Latrobe Valley, offering a warm, respectful, and collaborative approach with clear communication and shared decision-making.
