Dr Carl Yan graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2014. Prior to working at Modern Medical Clinics, he has worked at Moora Health Centre in the Wheatbelt, Royal Perth Hospital, as well as Launceston General Hospital. Dr Yan is enrolled with the Western Australia General Practice Education and Training (WAGPET) programme where he is working towards completing his Fellowship. He enjoys all areas of General Practice, including family medicine. Dr Yan has a special interest in both Children and Women’s health. He holds a Diploma in Child Health, University of Sydney and Certificate of Women’s Health, RANZCOG.

Dr Neels Myburgh graduated from UWA in 1998 and worked at his first GP practice in Leinster. He has assisted with supervising the training of medical students and registrar doctors for many years. Dr Clancy is a fellow with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM). He completed his medical training in Wales before moving to Australia and later Rural Generalist training in the Whitsundays. Dr Clancy is passionate about family medicine and has a keen interest in men's health, sports injuries and skin cancer. He has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Chronic Conditions Management and has a BSc in Medical Sciences and Humanities.

Pensioners and Health Care Card holders will be charged a discount fee. For item no. 23 you will be charged $68and item n. 36 will be charged $109. Again, you will receive a rebate from Medicare. Implanon insertion and removal and IUD insertion will incur an out-of-pocket expense of $150
