Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)

Standard Fee: $128.50

Complex Consultation​

Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)

Standard Fee: $165.50

Gap fee of $43.35 after Medicare rebate

Concession Fee: $155.50

Billing Information

  • Private Billing Practice: Please be aware that we operate as a private billing practice for all patients, including pensioners, concession card holders, and children.
  • Concession Rates: If you are a Concession Card holder or a child aged 15 years or younger, you may be eligible for our concession rates.
  • Bulk Billing: DVA card holders and NCACCH card holders will continue to be bulk billed.
  • Missed Appointments: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule through HotDoc or by calling our practice as soon as possible. Failure to notify us may result in a missed appointment fee.

Immunisations And Vaccinations

Shailer Park Medical Centre offers nurse immunisation services during regular business hours (Monday – Friday: 9.00AM – 5.00PM).

  • Childhood immunisations
  • Flu/Influenza immunisation
  • Flu vaccine provided free of charge* for vulnerable patients
  • Private flu vaccines (available at the practice) for all other patients

Telehealth Services

Telephone consultations have been made available by doctors consulting at this practice for patient convenience. Following your telephone consultation, your doctor may require a face-to-face consultation, in which case they will organise the appropriate appointment to see you in the clinic (*standard consultation fees apply). Our Telehealth consultation fees are as follows:
