He graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons) in 2024, completing his honours thesis in the area of ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder).

Jason practices from a person-centred framework, recognising each client as a unique individual and supporting them to regain autonomy while creating realistic, sustainable change. His clinical placements included a strong focus on bariatric surgery and oncology, alongside experience in chronic disease management, eating disorders, sports nutrition, gastrointestinal health, and general healthy eating.
