Towerhill Medical Centre (TMC) opened in the 1940s, providing trusted care and established medical services to the people of the Mornington Peninsula for over 70 years. Over time the TMC has moved twice, in 1974 to Golf links Road and finally in 1984 into the current location at Frankston-Flinders Road.
TMC is a family-friendly practice supported by Clinical Nurses and Chronic Disease Management Nursing, allied health professionals and onsite Pathology. Other visiting Allied services include Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Psychology and Audiologist.

Dr Max Bahrami

MD, FRACGP. Max has worked more than 15 years as a General Practitioner in Australia and Iran in every area of general practice focusing on skin diseases and skincare, weight management, sexual health and child health. He has Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in addition to his Doctorate Degree in Medicine from Iran. He is interested in playing table tennis and enjoys reading about history, cultures and languages.

Dr Olga Horn graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2006. Dr Horn consults in all aspects of family medicine with special interests in women’s and children’s health. She has a certificate of medicine in skin cancers. All are available by appointment at the Medical Centre. Dr Horn is married with with two daughters, she enjoys spending her spare time with her family.
